C & F is registered in Register of Entities Quality Control Board Andalusia and the General Register of the CTE. Section 5-2: General Register of Entities Quality Control Building (registration number AND-E-013).
The Law on Construction Planning Article 14 defines the Entities Quality Control as those trained to provide technical assistance in verifying the quality of the project, materials and execution of the work and its facilities according with the project and the applicable regulations.
Services provided by C & F as Lead Quality Control, framed as a section within the area of Building Engineering C & F, include the following fields as the RD 410/2010 of March 31, and Decree 67/2011 of 5 April which quality control in the construction and public works is regulated:
• Studies of the terrain and condition of buildings undergoing life of the building.
• Verification of compliance with the Technical Building Code and other applicable regulations in new buildings or rehabilitating them, in the implementation phase of the works.
